All physical orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase, excluding holidays. Orders are carefully packaged and sent via USPS in a protective mailer to ensure they arrive safely and in great condition.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your mailbox.

Due to the nature of made-to-order needlepoint products and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. All sales are final, and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after purchase.

Physical item orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@needlepointforgays.com. Digital downloads (including charts and stitch guides) are delivered automatically at checkout and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If there is any issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right! If you've received the wrong item or damage during shipping, please email us right away with a photo of what you received. We use these photos for inventory tracking, insurance claims, and quality control, and we will make sure the correct item is sent out as quickly as possible.
